Chronic Disease Management

Living with a chronic condition requires an ongoing partnership with your doctor. We create personalized treatment plans and adjust them as your health evolves.

Acute Care & Same-Day Visits

When you get sick unexpectedly, you need access to your doctor quickly. We offer same-week appointments and can often accommodate urgent visits.

• Skin rashes, infections, and wounds
• Ear infections and sinusitis

Diagnostic Services

Dr. Clow orders and interprets a wide range of diagnostic tests directly from the office to keep your care efficient and coordinated.

• Complete blood count (CBC) and comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP)

• Thyroid function tests (TSH, Free T4)
• Vitamin and mineral levels
• Urine analysis and cultures
• Rapid strep, flu, and COVID testing

Telehealth Visits

Many visits can be done from the comfort of your home. Through our patient portal, you can have a face-to-face video visit with Dr. Clow without leaving your house.

• Follow-up visits and medication check-ins
• Review of lab results and test reports
• Minor illness consultations (colds, UTIs, rashes)
• Mental health check-ins
• Prescription renewals and refills
• Second opinion consultations

House Calls

For patients who are homebound or have difficulty traveling to the office, Dr. Clow offers in-home medical visits. This is a meaningful way to provide care where you are most comfortable.
